It is an electronic form they get sent and have to fill out when I input their email into the system. Oh well. I can't exactly control if my profs and managers can get it done in 24hrs or not!

Has anyone recieved a response back for the interview on Friday? It would suck for us to complete our references and then get rejected...

I just finished my Friday group interviews for my top 2 picks... not too sure how I feel about it unfortunately ?

@MurseRN1996 I applied for the fellowship program but haven't gotten anything new since I submitted my on demand interview. My status still says "Being reviewed by recruiter", but it's said that since I turned in my application prior to doing the on demand interview. Have you had any change in your status?

Nothing here it also says it's being reviewed by the recruiter...

Same! I feel like there are still a ton of people in the running and I was surprised they hadn't narrowed it down more for the final interview round. I don't know how they will choose!!

I was actually shocked at how many people were STILL competing.. I heard that they go based off of scores during your first interview, which is questionable because now I don't really understand the purpose of this interview we just had?.. To just see our faces?.. Because I feel there was no way we could have 'improved' our chances during this interview because we weren't able to really shine ?
