Hi all,

Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Hi! Has anyone started a St. John's facebook group? Still waiting to get a call for the health screen and wondering if others are in the same boat?

Hey, I don't think anyone has started one yet but I'd definitely join!

I reached out to the pre-boarding specialist ————- asking the same question yesterday, she said "Due to the high volume of candidates this may take some time but if you reach the last Thursday prior to your start date and no one has contacted you to schedule the health screening, please let me know so I may assist you."

Although I'm not the original person inquiring, I'm going to assume it's the same issue I have in not being contacted for the healthscreening portion of the onboarding process yet, that it's basically almost mid-January, and that we all start at the end of January.

Also, how and when did they contact you? Do you have resources we may contact because I have also asked my onboarding specialist and they said to just keep the my line open. I personally have not received a phone call or email, so I'm just as concerned as the last person asking.

Hello. I was contacted via email last Wednesday by -------------------------  letting me know to call her to schedule my health screen. I called and left a voicemail then she called me back within the hour to schedule me for my in-person health screen. She then sent an email confirmation with the appointment date and forms to fill out and bring with me the day of my appointment (along with my immunization records, titees, and Covid vaccination card). The same day, I received an email from -------------------------------, the preboarding specialist, saying my preboarding was complete and to contact my manager to receive my first week schedule. Manager then put me in contact with the TIPs program coordinators who are actually in charge of our first week schedule and training. Maybe --------------------------- is still in the process of contacting everyone.

Hi! I just wanted to know if we will be completing our drug screen that day & if you took your ID Badge photo that day? Also, if you don’t have up to date titers or TB test do they provide you it the day of?
