Labor and delivery, NICU, postpartum, ER. I interviewed in early November. Someone just contacted them and they said they didn’t make a decision yet but it starts January 30th so IDK?

Honestly, I only know one person from this whole forum who got a position in L&D and/or postpartum at Holy Cross. I had also put down postpartum as my first choice and I didn't get offered a position for that, but for another position entirely.

So there are people who received offers from Holy Cross? If that's the case then they should notify everyone else that the positions are full so we can start making arrangements because I'm waiting for an answer ASAP to notify my current employer.

Yes, but to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what's filled up and what's not. They have been pretty hush hush. Aside from that one person on this forum and a friend of mine, I do not know anyone else who got offers. To add, these positions were super specialized, ie. step-down, neuro tele, et cetera. But yeah, that's all I know. Other than that, we're pretty much in the dark.

When were they offered positions… because as a few days ago someone got an email from the recruiter and the recruiter said they hadn’t made final decisions yet?

Around mid-November, roughly 1-2 weeks after the interviews conducted on Nov. 4 & 5.

Honestly this is so confusing?! I don’t know why the recruiter is saying they haven’t made a decision yet? It would be nice to receive an email about whether or not we were chosen. I wonder how many people haven’t been contacted yet for Holy cross

It is, especially with the start date being the end of January and that there's a lot of onboarding processes to take care of. I wonder why they keep saying that? Maybe they're still considering people for different positions?
