Providence TIP January 2022 (Los Angeles/Orange County)

Published

Hi all,

Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Good luck to everyone! :)

A few were questions were tell me about a time, but there was also a “what does “blank” mean to you.

Thank you so much ! ❤️☺️

Had my panel interview yesterday for St. Joseph- Orange. Hoping to hear back soon, however, the interviewer said by the next two weeks. Does anyone know if there will be additional interviews? I read somewhere that if we make it past the panel interview we have a 45 min interview next?

Hey congratulations on the interview !

for this cohort there will only be one interview. Just our 30 minute virtual panel interview and then in two weeks max we will receive an update.

Thank you so much. The job hunt has been rough for me, but I am continuing to stay hopeful and optimistic!

And wow, good to know! The case study caught me off guard but hopefully, I did well enough haha

Is anyone else interviewing with Tarzana?

haha same. I did not expect that case study! the panel interviewers informed me that they'll be convening on Friday to discuss top candidates and then will make decisions. it seems like those who did well on the interview will get their first choice and then second picks are up to each manager to decide

That’s actually really smart. I was wondering how they would choose who went to which units but it makes sense considering they use a point system

On Friday, I received an email from recruiter from  OC. She was asking if I’m still wanting to push through. If so, she would resend the link to complete the modern hire self automatic interview so we can proceed.

A little after my response, she sent it to me.

So I’m not sure if they are planning on sending me an invite for a panel interview? I hope so.

Does anyone know how many candidates they are hiring for this cohort?
