Yes I am, and thank you so much ! I’m interviewing for the OC locations though. Did you interview for LA locations ?

Hi Everyone,
I completed my interview at Providence Saint Joseph today, did anyone else interview today?

I just finished my interview this morning! I felt kinda nervous about it and thinking back I think I could have answered 1-2 questions better but hopefully we did great!

did the interviewers mention when they'll give out offers?

Nice. Best wishes and positive vibes!

Which location, OC or LA? Was the interview in person or virtual?

Did you have a case study

Thank you in advance :)

I felt the same way. If you don't mind me asking, what unit managers did you interview with?

I was going to ask you - did the unit managers each introduce them selves and which units they are from ?

Did you have a chance to state which specialties were your top 3, and explain why you were interested in your #1 choice ?

I had my interview yesterday for St Joseph in Orange. Overall, it went well but I definitely think I was thrown off by two questions and could have done better. As for the clinical scenario I think it was a fair question that most inexperienced new nurses would be able to understand and produce a thoughtful response. I was interviewed by three manager (float, mother/baby, and I forgot the last one). The one leading the interview was very friendly and gave me good vibes. My advice to anyone who hasn’t interviewed yet is to be yourself and remember to show the logic behind your response. Good luck everybody!!!

Hey thanks for your advice and tips ! I wanted to ask you - when you say you were thrown off by two questions do you think it’s because you feel you didn’t prepare enough for the behavioral questions or because they asked you questions that are not “typical behavioral questions?”

thank you !

Also, did you have a chance to explain why you were interested in your top choice ?

Hi! I was thrown off because despite thinking I was prepared for any behavioral question I had not been exposed to this particular question and felt like my example was not as fluid as I would have liked.

Hmmmm wow okay that’s interesting. Well I hope it’s a fair question to ask a new grad.

did you practice some behavioral questions before your interview ?
