Hi all,
Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) I have all the required documents ready to submit, patiently refreshing and hoping the link to apply pops up soon. Let's all connect and keep each other updated on our application process. Good luck to everyone! :)

Okay got it ! Thank you so much !!!
and did they give you a chance to speak on why you are interested in your top choice ?

do you mind if I ask which units do you prefer?
Hmmm that’s interesting I wonder why they didn’t leave time for that.
I am requesting Labor & Delivery and PP.
how about yourself ?

Very nice ! And thank you for the tip ! ☺️
they did you give you a chance to tell them a little bit about yourself right ?

I was actually surprised because most interviews start out with the typical “tell us about yourself..” however this one didn’t. The first question for me was if I was still in school and if I was licensed.
Hmmm oh wow, yeah that is surprising !
did you ever get a chance to tell them about yourself though ?
Truthfully, I wasn’t able to give them that background that really brings your resume to life. And since they never asked me I felt that wasn’t what they were interested so I really stuck with the questions and tried my best to include to pieces of who I was in my responses. Honestly, it could be they just missed that question I’m assuming every interviewer might be a little different.

Wow that’s so weird I’m actually really surprised. So if you don’t mind me asking was it 6 “tell me a time when questions ?” Plus the case study ?
Yes 6 questions and a case study. They pull up the case study to review for 5 minutes and then answer two questions. The good thing is the questions are also on the screen so as you’re reviewing you can also prepare your answer.

Oh wow thank you so much ! And that’s very nice of them to pull up the case study so you can read it !
and just wanna confirm the 6 behavioral questions were all “tell me about a time when…?”
