All I can suggest is calling around to see what each hospital is offering in terms of "packages." I don't think my hospital pays off loans..just pays your tuition if you work there while in school.

I am a CNA also in Nursing School. I work in a very busy hospital, and let me tell you...the RN's do just as much "icky" stuff as I do! It may be gut check time for you!!!
