If you guys are willing to move I know in North Dakota there are many jobs right now, including nursing. Hospitals there appear to be more friendly to new grads. Good luck!!!

I don't think I do so well as I haven't heard back from them. I didn't get a rejection letter eieter, so I guess it is up in limbo.

yes, I am networking and completing applications fully, but very little chance to f/u with the hiring managers.

I am an RN and a native speaker of the Spanish language. I don't think the Spanish has given me an advantage to get a job. What seems to matter right now is clinical experience. Just my humble opinion!
