I believe it is a political game with CA and Excelsior. I did not know that ISU was not accepted in NY. Why? Is it because they have clinicals concurrent with theory?

I am not a graduate yet but I am in the program. I hope anybody who graduated after 2003 does not have plans to endorse into CA. The state will not allow us Excelsior students/graduates to endorse into the state.
