Do these hospitals accept foreign rn's who had not sitted nclex?

just knew that my friend had passed. i borrowed her username and password and tried the trick, and lo! she got the good pop-up. on the other hand, mine goes straight to cc page.. im doomed.!

i dont think we can retake. coz ive read somewhere in this forum that a co-filipino who had failed and wanted to retake, his/her documents were sent back telling him/her to supply the ssn since cali doesnt accept applications anymore for those who do...
