I don't think that you can... your school has to use them. Your best bet is to try amazon, ebay, and half. I know people sell the books and DVD's because people are often willing to pay a lot for them.

I took ATI too and got a 86% on the predictor which they also said gave me a 99% chance of passing. I'm taking NCLEX on tuesday and am in a complete and utter panic.
