Pediatric Stethascope

Does anybody know the difference between a litmann classic ii pediatric stethoscope and a 3m classic ii pediatric stethoscope? There is a $40 dollar difference between the two but i can't tell if that is simply because one is being offered from amazon and the other is some random seller on amazon.... I googled, but had no luck :(
