So, I was informed that I have to give Invega Sustenna Initial loading and booster in the Deltoid only. Does any nurses out there know the rational why?

Completely agree with you. That is why I am working on my English now and also re-read my kaplan book so I dont forget what I have learned. Hopefully, that I dont have to read and learn for too long....

I took the NCLEX RN today. It cut me off at question 76. I thought I did good. But I tried the PVT....no pop up. It lets me register for the new test. Meaning I failed. Im so.....

I dont have NCLEX 4000 . I studied about 2-3 hr a day in about 2 mos.

Thanks guys, here is what i did this time. I took diagnostic test with kaplan and found my weakness. Then, I watched the videos about my area of weakness. I read the kaplan book and did the qbank. I guess that was not enough.

I wont give it up that easy. But I have to change my study habits because obviously, my current one is not working. Im opening to any suggestions :). Thank you.
