Does anybody know of any hospital that actually follows a nurse theorist????

At your workplace is there a particular nurse theorist who's framework and ideas are being followed? Do you think this is the norm for all institutions to choose a nurse theorist to follow? Why? I recently found out that at the hospital where I work ...

yeah she is well known, I was just curious if there were other theorists whose studies were actually "preached" at the workplace.
