Does anybody know of any hospital that actually follows a nurse theorist????

Follow a nursing theorist?! I'd be happy if they followed their own matrix for safe staffing!

There's absolutely no theory in place anywhere around me....except the theory that if they give you enough extra workload and force enough overtime, you'll eventually quit. Thereby replacing you with shiny new grads.

At my hospital, I have no idea which nursing theorist they follow from their ivory tower....

I work in 5 different hospitals and like some of you - have no clue what theorist they use...
