you could go the usual process but of course here in our country, the more common process and the practical ones are with a backer of course... and if its a government hospital better to have a backer who is a politician so the job will be yours...

why do you want it online if you could had it "hands on"? and for the fact that you will perform it in reality and not virtually... better have the hands on learning that relying on lectures, there's no better way of learning through hands on and on ...

I've also diverted my depression into something productive like reading review books for NCLEX and other nursing articles and stuffs...
