I received my eligibility letter last March 28, 2008 but my mailing address written on the envelope and in the eligibility letter was misspelled, specifically the street and the city. I know that I should notify the Board regarding this so that it would be the same with my ATT, should I mail my letter regarding this matter to their physical address or in their mailing address?
Because I sent my application through Fed-*x in their physical address but I'm opting to send it through email but when I emailed them about my application status the Board didn't respond so I'm opting to send it by regular mail since its expensive to send it through Fed-*x again... thanx..

I would write a letter on word or similar and e-mail it as an attachment informing them that you will be sending it as a hard copy and if you can I would also fax it to them making sure you get a delivery receipt. I don't know if it is really a matter of high importance but you wouldn't want to take a chance that it would slow things down in the future.

You can just send them something via fax if you wish and that way you do not spend on the mailing cost of it.
They just need to have something with your signature on it to be able to change your address. Also, depending on the state, some will permit you to update your address directly on their website after you have logged into your account.
