Well that was terrifying after reading your comment, I seriously lost sleep over it..... for those out there wondering about cost I was able to find 1 for $400 and I am in CA.... Gifts of sobriety and God.....thank God literally!!

What state are u located? My nursing support group, majority went to this MD and he was $500.... so hopefully my monitor will approve of him.

Yes.... I got 2 DUI's within a 2 year period. My boss who was a friend at my employment also reported me the day after drinking to the nursing board. However, it had to happen to get me sober. I grew up in England, drinking was the norm... etc etc ...
