Hi all...... Just wanted to get more input on what you have to steer clear of for testing? So far I know the basics poppy seeds (bagels), sauces, soy sauce, otc's....... any input is greatly appreciated as I want to make sure I don't get in a 10 mile radius of any of it!!

The board of nursing web site has a list of substances and foods to avoid, here in Mississippi it does. Check yours out and see! Good luck!
Thank you..... on the hunt now!!

Maryland also has one. Grab a few lists and compare them too!

The main ones I would avoid with my experience due to test sensitivity are the pastas cooked with alcohol (vodka penne, chicken marsala, ect) and cosmetic products with hemp/alcohol. The poppy seeds would need to be a lot for you to test positive but I've heard it's happened to some who are in for opiates. There is a whole book of other products to avoid as well you can find on your monitoring page or the boards site. Thanks for posting, always interesting topic since there are so many things we "must" avoid. Good luck!!

Honestly, all I avoid are things with tons of poppyseeds and anything that is made with actual alcohol (like red wine vinaigrette).
Soy sauce, vanilla flavored things, still on my diet and so far, so good.
Thanks for all the input..... pretty interesting actually!

My brother was eating nothing but salad for a few days and only used poppyseed dressing, he tested positive when he had to see his PO the following day.
