  1. 2018 waiting for NMC decision letter

Hi all, I know these are my nerves and impatience speaking but talking about it with others does seem to help. I have been waiting for my decision letter from the NMC since the 25th of May, when I first entered the queue. I re-entered it on the 16t...
  2. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Yeah that should be fine. When you go, they give you a form and you tick the boxes depending on if it is original or photocopy. I doubt they would deny you for providing a photocopy. I didn't even provide anything from school. Just my nursing degree....

  10. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Oh no no this was just for 3 weeks for a visit. You know the part in the application where they ask if you have been to any country other than your country of residence in the past 10 years? I just forgot to mention one of them. The stamp is in the ...
  11. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Okay so another query on visa application. I just remembered I forgot to add one country from the list I have been to in the last 10 years. It was to Saudi Arabia for religious purposes. I will call the immigration centre as soon as I can tomorrow t...

  15. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Calling and emailing also shows that you're quite serious and are taking initiative. Of course. you don't overdo it and call everyday, but depending on your assessor, they may try to be nice and speed things up for you.
  16. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

I just tried to now. Seem like the site is having some issues. Give it some time or give them a call (:

Hey there~ No, this means your assessment has started and they will contact you within 60+ days with feedback. I got my first feedback after 35 days. But they needed further documentation which took another 2 weeks. In total, I got my DL after arou...
  20. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

For all those waiting for CoS, don't worry. It will come! My one had a slight delay because the person who was in charge of giving mine was on annual leave and only returned this week. But I got it a couple days ago and my amazing agency has already...
  21. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Hi there. I dont have much knowledge on the topic but I assume they will ask why you were denied the other country's visa in the interview. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's a significant reason that the UK should be worried about.
  22. 2017 NMC UK Decision Letter

Hi there. I received my DL at the end of July, and received my CoS a couple days ago. I think it really highly depends on both your agency and the trust you're in. Good luck everyone~

  24. About to work in Royal Brompton Hospital

Hi, Sandraliza. Thank you. So my whole move is going through an agency. When I first signed up in February, the first thing they did was look for positions for me and interviews. Royal Brompton was one of the first. I had the interview and they off...

Hey there~ I'm sorry to hear about the mishap with the NMC. If you've been following the thread, you'll see it has happened to a few people though, and is quite common for them to lose documents. Which is why it's always a good idea to call them as y...
