The electorial college reports to congress election results for President and Vice Presidents. Congress counts the votes in the first week of January before a joint meeting of the Senate and the House of Representatives, presided over by the current vice president, as president of the Senate.
Why is this Navarro report "T H E- I M M A C U L A T E -D E C E P T I O N: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities" being released as a "private citizen" when he is a government employee, conference occurred during work time ???
Peter Navarro, President Trump's White House trade advisor, on Thursday released a report, in his private capacity, on the integrity of the 2020 election. The report, titled "The Immaculate Deception" is 36 pages long and was presented in a 53-minute press conference.
Former White House deputy chief of staff Karl Rove slammed former national security adviser Michael Flynn and pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell over their claims regarding voter fraud in the 2020 election.
During an interview on Fox News, Rove was asked about Trump's meetings with congressional Republicans to object to the Electoral College vote next month and reports that Trump entertained invoking martial law to "rerun" the election. The president denied considering martial law.
Actually, if they were able to prove that there was such a conspiracy, I would really like the perpetrators to teach a course in College.
It would be the most astounding scheme ever, involving so many states, legislators, reporters, heads of State, Governors and Mitch McConnell ??.
Not only that, but, at the same time, the perpetrators didn't bother to also take the majority in the Senate and increase the Democratic majority in the House -- pretty smooth! I guess that was to throw everyone off the scent ...

I concerned about the rally on January 6, 2021 and Trump's continued calls for his supporters to show up. Counter protestors always show up and it will be ugly.
Certainly there's every right to protest but even if it's peaceful, hearing their cries of a stolen election their support of such a vile man will unsettle the depths of my soul. I'm being serious and not dramatic. I always get a sinking feeling deep in my guts when I see these things.
TYLER, Texas (KETK) — Rep. Louie Gohmert has filed suit in federal court, along with several other Republican plaintiffs, against Vice President Mike Pence in what could be an effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
The goal of the lawsuit is to change the way contested electoral votes are counted and, in turn, potentially turn the election towards President Trump.
The lawsuit by the East Texas congressman alleges that the current elector dispute resolution provisions are unconstitutional. It claims that the Twelfth Amendment gives the vice president the exclusive authority and sole discretion to open and permit the counting of the electoral votes for a given state....

UGH...........Rep.Senator Josh Hawley, Missouri will be objecting to Pennsylvania votes on Jan 6th, thus forcing a Senate and House vote --will only produce Trump enemies list. PA's Senators Rep. Toomey and Dem. Casey are not concerned about states Presidential vote as election laws followed.
...There's no evidence of widespread fraud in the election, and in a statement explaining his decision to object, Hawley did not raise allegations of widespread fraud. He claimed that some states, such as Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own laws, though the issues surrounding Pennsylvania's mail-in voting rules were litigated before the election. Hawley also complained about the way that social media companies like facebook and Twitter handled content surrounding the election.
"I cannot vote to certify the electoral college results on January 6 without raising the fact that some states, particularly Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own state election laws," Hawley said. "At the very least, Congress should investigate allegations of voter fraud and adopt measures to secure the integrity of our elections. But Congress has so far failed to act.
Counting votes slowly isn't fraud-- slow count eroding Trumps lead was a result of PA's election rules, not fraud as mail in votes currently can be counted only starting on election day. With extremely large mail in votes partially due to COVID concerns and new no-excuse ballot request approved in 2019 along with Trump telling Republicans not to use mail in balloting, understandable that once mail-in votes counted, it would take time and be large volume of Democratic votes.

He nailed it as its playing out exact;y today "never give up, election stolen from me". What I can't understand is all the Republican elite not speaking up. to say "NO, STOP --you lost"
Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., tore into Republicans who plan to object during the certification of the Electoral College vote next week, saying his party's willingness to entertain President Donald Trump's unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud in this year's election was fueled by worries about how the president and his base would react.
"The president and his allies are playing with fire," Sasse said in a lengthy facebook post Wednesday night. "If you make big claims, you had better have the evidence. But the president doesn’t and neither do the institutional arsonist members of Congress who will object to the Electoral College vote."
