Why do we care about mask wearing in the last administration?

Contrast and comparison...it's part of critical thinking and reasoning processes.

When was the last time you saw people at the White House wearing masks?

It seems Biden often doesn't.   And even covers his cough with his hand at times.

Dude, how can the Dems compete. We CANNOT TOLERATE the bleach injections, just so weak we are! And the sunlight for liberals, it's going to wrinkle our skin and darken our color unless we have our parasols which is difficult because of the tea parties and balls we have to attend ????

Another irresponsible,  first day Executive Order.

"Kenney noted that without the pipeline, oil must be transported to Gulf Coast refineries by truck or train, both of which are sources of much higher emissions. He added that Biden's move kills thousands of union labor jobs on both sides of the U.S.-Canada border and counterintuitively makes the United States more dependent on "dictatorships" for its energy needs."

Canada is extremely upset by this, with many Premiers calling for legal action against the US.  Trudeau is scheduled to speak to Biden soon about this.

Canada is our closest ally and biggest trading partner.  Why would Biden sign such an Executive Order without consulting with them first?  Over and over during the past 4 years, we were told Trump is a disaster for our relationships with allies.  Yet, Biden does this without even talking to the Canadians!

Both the US and Canada performed detailed analyses of the pipeline and even the Obama administration concluded the pipeline would DECREASE the carbon footprint.  What happened to following the science and evidence?

Based on Pete B's questioning by Congress (sorry, I can't spell his name), during confirmation hearings for the Sec of Treasury nomination, he seemed to indicate an increase in the gas tax.  Gee, how much more in taxes will we be paying under Biden?  He already has eliminated the Trump tax cut.  This will disproportionately affect the poor and working class, not exactly a progressive move.

I think you will find that if the appropriate studies were conducted, free of partisan bias and corruption, it would be considered BUT when you have Li and other batteries making huge headway re quick recharge and discharge, solar, wind and natural gas possibilities alongside Hydrogen technology advances, oil is a loser.

Do you still use VCRs or have you switched to streaming? Oil and coal are not viable alternatives for the future.

Hmm, a solar panel salesman first visited our home when I was a child.  I think even before we had our first VCR.

I really suggest big picture outlook. What are the viable technologies of the future? Who's likely to profit from oil and how much lobbying has been extended?

Look beyond America, possibly to Norway who has oil leaking out of their pores and what technology have they embraced? And please don't use a nationalist argument because I may be insulting.

America is burdened by corruption and lobbyists. There lies your answers!

Please Man, read up on what's being going on. You can now paint on solar panels literally. Huge strides have been made. Oil is a losing cause like coal.

Oh please.

If Trudeau wants a pipeline for that dirty tar sands oil that bad he could have approved the Northern Gateway pipeline through his own country. There's nothing that offsets the risk to important aquifers and water resources.

Please tell me exactly how Biden's tax policy will disproportionately harm the poor and working classes.

It's all about catering to radical progressives.
