LPN points requirements

Hi,

I'm applying to the LPN program for Spring2019 and I'm wondering do I have enough points. I've taken the core classes (ENG, MATH, ANP,Diet) I will be taking the TEAS test soon. But lets just say I make at least an 80 on my TEAS test. Will I have enough points to be in the running or should I hold off on applying and take the bonus course (Med-Term, Pharm)? The school's program has a goal of 270 points and even though I've passed all my core classes and hopefully will do well on the TEAS test it still wont get me even close the 270 points. So is it even worth applying or should I wait and take the bonus courses over the Fall semester and apply next year for the Fall2019 LPN program?

Having no clue what school you are talking about OR what their point system looks like - we cannot answer your question.

BUT I do know who can. The school! Call them and ask.

Chattahoochee tech and don't be rude...I thought most of the point scoring for the programs were similar that's why I didn't specify which school.

The max number of points that one can get is 270.. I doubt they expect anyone to actually achieve all 270 points for admission consideration. It would be best if you could find out the point average of prior admissions and then gauge the your points against that goal.

If wouldn't hurt to apply as early as you can with the points that you have currently earned and if you are not accepted at during that cycle for too few points then you could take the other courses in order to boost your point total while waiting on the next admission cycle.

Yes I was tryna to find out the average but I can't gind any info about that specific school or that specific point scoring online. So I I guess I just have to wait til the week day and call

Yes they were. The way the said it was very rude instead of saying which school are you referring too? They worded the comment very rude. Or instead of saying it's probably best to contact your school they said it in a condescending way. It was rude and uncalled for

I don't think she intended to be rude. It's just the internet, and it can be hard to not come off that way.
