And my backstory, if you haven't read the Summer 2014 thread:
I am an Iowa resident, and applied for Summer 2014 admission. After waiting for what felt like FOREVER, I received a rejection letter. When I asked the program coordinator for rationale for my rejection, I was told that a policy change had made them unable to admit Iowa students for the foreseeable future (despite the fact that I had clarified this before applying). I was told this week that they were again admitting Iowa students and was encouraged to transfer my app to the Fall cohort, and so here I am!
I am in the process of completing my application for Fall '14 and was very excited until I read in another thread that daily, scheduled correspondence is required. Has this been your experience? I need to be in a program where I can work at my own pace, on my own time. Thanks for your help!
Hey y'all! I'm living in Atlanta and heard about this program from a coworker. I still have to submit my essay in order to compete my application. I'm nervous about being an out of state applicant....I also have lots of questions, as we all do...
Are we required to find and coordinate our own clinical sites? I know this is the case with most distance learning programs
Will we be able to continue to work full time?
Will this be possible with a crazed ginger 6 year old running around?
Hopefully once we get the ball rolling we can make a Facebook group!

I'm stepping back on this runaway train. Reapplied to UAB's AGNP/WHNP combined program for the Fall 2014 entering class. Has anyone else applied? The application deadline is late March!
