Please take a moment and remember that you agreed not to publish questions that are on the exam. That is exactly what you are doing by posting them here. They are covered also under copyright laws.
This site is Googled around the world, and you could find yourself in trouble down the line.
No problems with asking someone what they would do, but when you quote the question exactly as it was on the exam, and stating that it was from there, you are opening yourself for trouble.
the more i study, the less i think it would help you. in the first place, it wouldn't be that easy to remember it word for word. second, i don't think there's much chance a subsequent tester would get the exact same question. if you were counting on this, you'd be in for a very disappointing exam.it's impossible to cheat on nclex as a practical matter. it's far easier just to study :). if you're really on top on the material, nclex is a 75 question stroll in the park.
Well, I hope I feel that way when I take it. I will study for that just like I did in my first semester of pre-requisites, and it went very well. I guess with any unknown, it is easy to fear the worst.

Just took the NCLEX today and they make you read the copyright before the test, after the test and then sent it home with me.
It states
Candidates should be aware and understand that the disclosure of any examination materials including the nature or content of examination items, before, during or after the examination is a violation of law. A violation of this type can result in criminal prosecution or civil liability and/or disciplinary actions by the licensing agency including the denial of licensure.
If you are aware of, or have abserved an attempt to compromise the NCLEX examination process, please reort it to the NCLEX test Security group.
So not only is it a violation of law they can take your LICENSE you just worked so hard to get.
"including the nature or content of examination items"... I would take this as not only don't discuss the questions word for word, but not to discuss the "types of questions" as well???Jean & Houdini
I see your point, but keep in mind that the NCSBN publishes the NCLEX Candidate Bulletin which includes the test plan for both PN and RN, breaking down the approximate percentages of questions in (very broad) categories. So it's not like they're trying to keep the question types 100% top secret. I think there's a big difference between someone posting 'I got several med questions' and 'I got six questions about amoxicillin.'
I can say that i remember questions very well but what did people think they were signing, i couldn't believe when i came on here the amount of questions being placed on the internet for anyone to access. ya great you find out if you got one or two questions right but is that really worth not getting in trouble or losing something you worked so hard to get for a min of peace of mind. watch what you post on the internet anyone can find it. look what parents are trying to protect there kids from on myspace same thing kinda if someone wants to find something they will, including the state.
