They just pass all the necessarry requirements required by bon cali then today theyre happy that they got their licences here but it took them 2 yrs although they did not waste their money on taking the deficiencies coz they said itss too expensive..

But if they had deficiencies to start with then them deficiencies haven't changed just because they got 2 years experience. Especially when you say they did not waste their money on taking the deficiencies coz they said itss too expensive..

Thats what they told me to do take the exams in other state...then endorse it for the next 2 yrs and just pass the necessary requirements that is required for endorsement here.. Ok ill try to clear up on how did they do it if theyre not busy coz i dont see them always as they have both jobs

Is this true? Hoping for good news

Many have tried but were unsuccessful even with years of work experience and licensing in another state, the endorsement process of CABRN requires the same assessment for compliance and concurrency as the assessment for initial licensure by examination. Unless they complied with the required coursework to make up the concurrency deficiency in clinical and theory I find it difficult to believe that CABRN issued an RN license. There was one successful poster that was originally issued a license that was later rescinded when CABRN realized the license was issued in error to an applicant with a concurrency deficiency.

rey012, while you're not the first to report that given the same passage of time (2 years exactly) that others have "successfully endorsed" their out of state license into CA, it was found out later that the original poster found out it was not true, even when she said, this is what she "heard".

So if you type in the names of the people you say you know into the free CA BreEZe license verification, you can verify for yourself whether they are telling you the "truth". I'm assuming you're also saying they are employed in CA as RN's?

CLICK here and again, it's free and since it's public information, anyone can access the site:

https://www.breeze.ca.gov/datamart/searchByName.do (this is the CA BreEZe, just write in their names)

The passage of time and not completing the deficiencies that meets the CA BRN requirements will be cause for the immediate request that the CA license be given back to the CA BRN in a very short amount of time.

Please read the recent following example of what happened to such a PH nurse, who thought she "successfully endorsed" into CA, even obtained a job, only to more than likely is now unemployed as an RN in CA.

So actually, the people you know could very well one day receive this demand letter from the CA BRN once the CA BRN further reviews their endorsement application, there's probably no statue of limitation and means a month, a year or two or more could pass by, but then, they will be asked to return their license back and notify their employers, if the CA BRN hasn't done so.

But both of my classmates are succesfull in endorsing their license without taking up deficiencies and theyre now working as a rn here in cali.. They said that i dont need to take classes coz ita expensive and its hard to find schools that offers those deficiency classes .. Well ill just follow theyre footsteps

Just for the sake of time savings, I thought I'd just re-post the above poster's comments but if you guys actually click on the actual link I gave, you can follow up on the other comments.

Last February 20, 2014, I applied for a licensure thru endorsement with the California Board of Nursing. On the first week of April 2014, the BON requested additional documents like cases, academic calendar, copy of my social security card and local license (if any). I submitted everything on my part and the school where I graduated send the documents on their part.

ON April 17, 2014 I got a letter from CA BON that my license thru endorsement was approved. The following days, the certificate arrived from the mail then followed by the license card.

So I started to apply for a nursing job since I am a Registered Nurse in California. I got hired with one of the facility in Oxnard.

Then on May 5, 2015. The CA BON sent me an email that the license issued was an ERROR and I am no longer a Registered Nurse in California.

They did not even say SORRY for their mistake. They want me to return the certificate and the license within five days or else they will take actions against my license.

They have the GUTS to say that despite of what they have done to me.

They changed their mind because I am a FOREIGN GRADUATE. I am a US citizen and have the right to be treated humanely. This is true and I have documents to prove it because it really happened to me.

BEWARE OF THE SCHEME CALIFORNIA BOARD OF NURSING IS DOING. THEY WANT TO GENERATE MONEY BY FORCING FOREIGN GRADUATE TO TAKE UP CLASSES THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN. CALIFORNIA BOARD OF NURSING IS A SCAM ARTIST. (written by junbybravo)
