pinoy nurses successful endorsing to california

Hi guys admin im just a new member here im verry sorry but pls dont delete this topic maybe u can delete those comments i made tnx for youre kond and consideration...

i know some people who are succesful endorsing their license to california for international graduate they just have to wait for 2 yrs .. my schoolmates from batch 2010 IN PHILIPPINES who just denied to take exam here in california last 2011 due to concurrency takes the exam from the other states and this year they are able to endorsed it successfully in california but it took them 2 yrs... so theres hope fellow kababayan GODBLESS US ALL.. im hopinh to hear succes stories from fellow kababayans too.....

But both of my classmates are succesfull in endorsing their license without taking up deficiencies and theyre now working as a rn here in cali.. They said that i dont need to take classes coz ita expensive and its hard to find schools that offers those deficiency classes .. Well ill just follow theyre footsteps

While you can certainly try it, just know that if you are denied, the fees submitted to the CA BRN will not be refunded.

I will bet the farm that your friends will come under fire one day as the CA BRN will and can claim a "clerical error" and simply ask for the RN license, since it's a privilege, NOT a right to practice nursing. Just like the one poster who was asked to return the license, that means finding a RN job in CA will not be at all possible without being properly licensed.

And take note their my classmate it not someone...

Just like the other poster who mentioned they "knew" someone, it was nothing more than hearsay and a rumor, proven to be totally false. Just ask your contact for their name, see how they did it, then simply type in that name, done. You'll know immediately whether it's the truth or again, this is what I hear.

Good, now type in the name(s) on the CA BRN website BreEZe. Nursys is good for other states, but double check with the CA BRN.

Yes i did verify their license and its true he had both license in texas last 2012 and dis april in californnia coz at first i didnt believe it but when i verified their license it their on breeze so if u dont believe me its fine

Note the other member was also issued a license by endorsement in April and it was later rescinded once the endorsement application was reviewed by CABRN. There is no time limit for CABRN to re-examine these applications and subsequently rescind the license. It's possible one CABRN reviewer issued many licenses by endorsement in error and CABRN investigators are playing catch up. It is the applicants responsibility to meet the CABRN requirements. CABRN QA will follow up and will rescind a license issued in error. I wouldn't count on having the same luck as your colleagues. This story has been told several times. CABRN is aware of the error and is catching up. Even the Filipino Nursing Association agrees with the CABRN stance on enforcing concurrency. Good luck. Take your chances with endorsement if you wish but know fees are non-refundable and do not be shocked if denied because you failed to make up the deficiencies.

It true coz i verify their licnese last nyt they have both active licemses in both states

Yes i did steppy daddi first verified it on breeze then followed by nursys

Great! Hopefully, you'll be as successful as they were, keep us posted on your approval in CA.

That's nice but CABRN does not participate in Nursys. They use their own breeze system.

You may be successful but be aware that endorsement requires the same assessment as initial applications. It's interesting that they endorsed in April

like the poster who received a license by endorsement in error that was later rescinded.

I understand not wanting to lay out the costs to make up the deficiencies but be aware that is a risk only you can choose to not take when applying for endorsement. If you are successful great but be aware CABRN will rescind the license if issued in error and you will be out all fees paid. Go forth with eyes wide open that this may or may not work for you also and that your colleagues may[/ b]have their files reviewed and licenses rescinded for failure to meet the educational requirements of CABRN. Only you can decide if that risk and chance of disappointment is worthwhile.
