Pima Community College Fall 2019

Published

Hi all! Thought I would get a three going for us! Anyone else getting ready to apply? Just waiting for these last prerequisites to finish up and hit my transcript. I should have a 4.0 GPA in my prereqs and on the Hesi have 8 pts in each math and reading, as well as 10 pts for A&P. Plus health-related job experience, a previous degree and volunteer hrs. So I think my points should sit at 94. I'm going to apply for the GCU CEP but also think I will apply to NAU. How about everyone else?

Hahaha me either but it’s a fun game. I have class at 11:15 so i am sure i will be checking before I go into class

I dont know!! I also got accepted to the MEPN at the UA last week but now that I've made it into Pima I will likely turn that seat down.

I'm crying!!! So happy! Congrats guys!

Congrats everyone! I got into the ADN program! Can't wait to start with you guys!

Yay!! This is so exciting you guys!! Can’t wait to meet you all!

Hope this doesn't sound dumb but is it too late to apply for a CEP? I already took the additional prerequisites required by ASU's program. I talked to Amanda (Pima's nursing advisor) last semester about it but I cannot for the life of me remember what she told me. She was just adamant about getting my ADN app in on time and doing well on the HESI lol. I'm gonna go to another info session soon so I'll ask there but was just curious if any of you knew.

No I dont think you cant apply to the CEP now, but I believe that you can join the CEP halfway through. It might be worth speaking directly to the ASU advisor at Pima. I know the GCU advisor told several people he could get them into the CEP with GCU any time, as long as they were admitted to the ADN program.

Here are all the advisors:

Yea I'm pretty sure the deadline was the same. I'm definitely going to speak with an advisor see what I can do.. I know that the BSN courses don't start until the last semester anyway right? Also the link for the picture you posted didn't work on my laptop where did you find the list of CEP advisors?
