Hi all! Thought I would get a three going for us! Anyone else getting ready to apply? Just waiting for these last prerequisites to finish up and hit my transcript. I should have a 4.0 GPA in my prereqs and on the Hesi have 8 pts in each math and reading, as well as 10 pts for A&P. Plus health-related job experience, a previous degree and volunteer hrs. So I think my points should sit at 94. I'm going to apply for the GCU CEP but also think I will apply to NAU. How about everyone else?

Put my apps in this week for both the straight ADN and the CEP. I know apps aren't due until Feb. 1, but anyone have an idea about how long it takes to hear decisions after that date?

Hi I just moved here from Texas and turned my application to the ADN program last week.  What is the CEP program?

It is a concurrent enrollment program between Pima and a university to earn your associate's and a bachelor's degree at the same time. Pima has agreements with ASU, NAU and university of phoenix. There is also one with GCU to get your master's degree in nursing after your associate's degree if you have a prior non-nursing bachelor's.

Since you didn't apply to the CEP for this application cycle, I believe you can instead enter at 3rd semester if you are doing the ADN program!

So glad I found this page thank you!

With HESI scores, prerequisite gpa, previous degree, work/volunteer, and the new accuplacer reading assessment my self-calculations leave me at a 92.

The thing I am worried about most is that it was a huge hassle/upset to get my employer verification letter and that prevented me from turning in my ADN app any earlier than the deadline date (02/01/19).

I know entrance depends on points but also when you turned in your app. Hopefully, it doesn't take them 6 weeks to get back to us because they will be the longest of my life.

GOOD LUCK YOU GUYS!!

I believe decisions will be the last week of February, at least if past years are any indication 🙂 Good luck!

Hi all! I also applied this cycle. I just applied to the ADN because I am taking bio 205 right now. I calculated 80 points for myself. I hope that is enough. I also applied to NAU so we will see. I cant wait to find out.

Haha! I was thinking it would be Feb 27th, based on the last 2 application cycles. But this is the first I heard of a 2 week possibility! Now I will be checking every day 😂

I wanna know if I'm the only one having mixed dreams some nights I get accepted others I don't. It's horrible lol. The last cohort found out on the 26th of September I believe but I wonder if that's because they got fewer applicants...

I think with your score of 92 you can rest easy that you will definitely get in!!!
