PHSC 2015 Nursing Hopefuls

Hey everyone!

I found one topic on this, but it wasn't very active, so I hope this one becomes a little more successful. My name is Jennifer, and I am applying for the January 2015 Nursing Program at PHSC. My home campus is Porter at Wiregrass Ranch. Are there any other 2015 hopefuls? I'd like to get to know you all! I am taking my TEAS next Tuesday and am so nervous. This will be my first time taking the TEAS. Have any of you taken it? How was it?

Any tips? I have finished all me pre-reqs and finished with a 3.6. Not too bad, wish I would have got higher! Hope I get in! Good luck to all you ladies!

Melt, In all honesty If you applied for the RN generic you would be towards the bottom of the list of people being accepted probably (Not saying it's impossible) None of us actually know the score, so I say if you can apply it's worth a shot. Also DOOOO apply for LPN you should be accepted with that score!

Jemcvay, did you have the find my iphone app on? If you did you can track your phone to where it is located. Also I hope you had a password on it. If you didn't have the app on you can also log into icloud and turn it on and find it that way. Just saying hope you find out who has it or where you left it.

I added you to the list Nlang1989, I have a dream I have no idea who is apply just for LPN, I think everyone in here is applying for RN and LPN tbh. Jem I have no idea if it will work when dead, I know it should ping the last known location ... at least it does that for my android app

Well it looks like we have two more days to go until application acceptance is over. I know a lot of people hand it in at last minute, but compared to fall only 11 people have come on here so far.. not even close IMO. It gives me a better hope of us making it in, I hope so at least.. I really do look forward to meeting you guys if we make it in I was looking back at some older threads and some people didn't get in for spring with our same scores... which makes me super nervous their scores were in the low 80's... 83.6% to be exact which means everyone but dai would be out of the running but then again I know some people got in with low 80's for fall:nailbiting: The waiting will kill me after the deadline closes.

One girl I work with got the same gpa and a little lower teas score then I did and she got in.

Hello!

I am applying for the Spring with a 4.0 GPA and a 72.7 TEAS score. :) I am hopeful for Porter but will not complain if i get in West Campus.
