Hey everyone!
I found one topic on this, but it wasn't very active, so I hope this one becomes a little more successful. My name is Jennifer, and I am applying for the January 2015 Nursing Program at PHSC. My home campus is Porter at Wiregrass Ranch. Are there any other 2015 hopefuls? I'd like to get to know you all! I am taking my TEAS next Tuesday and am so nervous. This will be my first time taking the TEAS. Have any of you taken it? How was it?
Any tips? I have finished all me pre-reqs and finished with a 3.6. Not too bad, wish I would have got higher! Hope I get in! Good luck to all you ladies!
Thanks!
I am 23 and have only one son who turns three this weekend! I hate waiting for the results it is killing me! I keep looking up last year scores too haha but it doesnt matter too much cause we need to know this year scores lol it still makes me feel better though! Good luck on your TEAS test today!!!
I don't think I'll be getting in. I have a low GPA and TEAS. My GPA for prerequisites is a 2.85, and my TEAS score is a 74.7 (I took it two times and got the EXACT score both times). I am a Hernando county resident.
I'm also applying for the LPN program tomorrow. Do you think my scores are good enough for that at least?
In all honesty, do you think I have any chance whatsoever at making it in the RN program?
Advisors are no longer allowed to show us the correlational results of accepted RN students, but I know a few terms ago the lowest GPA accepted was a 2.7 and then a TEAS score in the 70s. By the looks of it, it seems like the program is getting pretty competitive again.
