PHSC 2017 Fall Nursing

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I have decided to create a new thread for the ones that are going to apply to the ASN program at Pasco-Hernando State College. Hopefully we can share information and give some emotional support to each other :)

I was reading in the previous thread about their score system that works based on TEAS score + GPA + County residency.

My Pre-req GPA is 3.7 and I am in county resident.

I haven't take my TEAS test yet, but will post the results as soon as I have it and hopefully I will have some chance!

Is there anyone in the same boat?

Hey I know it's early and y'all don't know if you're accepted yet but I've got every book plus some extra study guides, including pharm phlash pharmacology flash cards, to get you through the program for sale. I started the program at west campus in 2013 and graduated May, 2015. My wife used the books and just graduated last week. Some books are certainly used more than others and I'll give a detailed description with pictures for anyone interested. We're moving out of state at the end of June and want to get rid of them. So to be clear these most likely are not the current editions but they work just fine. Hit me up if you're interested. I'd like to get rid of them as a set....asking $200

Hello. I tried replying to the pm but I don't have enough posts or something and I'm not able to respond. You can email me. [email protected]

I applied for West and Porter for the generic program and I am out of county :)

Hi!

I am the RN student who was in micro T/Th nights. Just wanted to wish my fellow classmates good luck! I talked to a few of you throughout the semester so I feel invested in your journey. I know how difficult this waiting period is. It's hard to believe it was a year ago ... it feels like a lifetime ago!

I hope everyone gets in to the program of their choice!! Good luck!

Hello! I am new to the discussion! I applied to the LPN to RN transition/bridge program. My prereq GPA is 3.4 and my teas score is 70.7 and I am an out of county resident. I'm praying for a miracle to get in as my scores aren't that competitive.. :(

Hey y'all. How long after you dropped off your application did you receive your confirmation letter??
