dear all, is it hard to get into Phillips Beth Israel School of nursing?? i heard they require to take the pre-nursing exam and do you guys know what subject of matter test on the exam?? is it hard?? since i never take any biology before!!

When I had my interview the women really stated that they look at everything and not just the NLN. They look at grades, experience and character. When I asked them what they wanted in a applicant they told me they look for that "spark"- that genuine interest in that field and in people in general. I would def. call. The waiting was really difficult!

What program were you accepted into?

you know, I dont know :) I called last friday for the status and I was so excited when I found out I got in, I forgot to ask all the details! I have not received my packet of details yet. During my interview they told me I had everything in order to do the night program or the ATOP program so, I am thinking it is one of those?

congratulations on your acceptance. Was this an informal acceptance? Although I'm always happy for the applicants that are accepted, I have a brief moment of jealousy. My second thought after joy for accepted student, "that's one less seat, I should have turned my application in sooner.":)

This thread has been pretty quite. Has anyone heard anything. Has anyone recently received their NLN scores? Has anyone received an actual acceptance letter? I think I receive my NLN scores next week.

Still nothing...I spoke to a person at the college and she stated that they call you for a personal interview if you are a considered candidate otherwise they will send you a letter. So, I assume that if we dont get a call, we are not in. So, I still havent received a call and I am getting super nervous and starting to think I didnt get in But, I am still trying to keep my fingers crossed. So, you did not get your scores for the NLN yet? How did you think you did?
