PHCC Spring 2014 hopefuls

Published

Hey guys just wondering who is applying for January. Deadlines are in a few weeks and no one had started a thread yet. I am applying for RN and LPN hoping to get in this time around.

I got my acceptance letter today!!!!!!! I was not expecting it either! I applied to both programs and was accepted to both :) I am so happy finally feel like my foot is in the door and I can get working on this chapter of my life. I will be taking the RN seat so there will be a LPN spot available. My LPN spot would have been for Porter Campus but the RN spot doesn't specify which campus.....does yours Stephanie? If anyone in RN wants to stay connected and exchange info etc. my email is [email protected] just send me a message. Good luck everyone and stay positive.

Got my letters (: got into LPN and RN for both porter and new port Richey. I had a 72 on teas and a 4.0.... now time to choose (:

Congratulations!!!! I'm very happy for you....

There was nothing in the mail for me, maybe tomorrow!

Congratulations! I'm surprised the letters start arriving now, I still have to wait!

Congratulations, that's good news for me, I did not get any letter yet but I had 76 on teas and 4.0 on gpa, I'm still optimistic that I'll get in...lol

Just got my letter today !! ACCEPTED !

I'm thinking I have to wait until people start accepting their RN seats. Nothing in the mail today so hurry up and turn your paper work in lol

I am going to the school tomorrow as soon as I put my kids on the bus! No my RN letter did not specify which campus. I'm assuming i'll get a seat at west campus since it is closest to my house but i'm willing to drive anywhere! The acceptance letter says we will be getting mail from the Health Occupations of Nursing Department in a separate mailing so i'm hoping the can tell us our schedules among other things. Good luck to everyone!! My e-mail address is [email protected] if anyone wants to stay in contact. :)

Hi, I am new to this post. I got my acceptance letter yesterday for both RN and LPN. I am gonna go with the RN. Good Luck to everybody!!!:) Does anybody know what the hours are for the program??? I hope to see everybody in January!!!!

Congratulations, nothing in the mail yet!

As to the hours, you'll have Tuesdays from 9 to 2 for lecture. On Thursdays/Fridays you'll have the clinical from 8 to 3 (approx.). & this is only for the course of "Fundamentals of Nursing".

I suggest that the lucky ones who got into the program stay a little longer on this site since there is a lot of preparation such as health check, CPR, vaccination, etc... to help each other out and make suggestions as to how/where to do it faster and cheaper, what do you think?

I have not gotten my mail!!!!
