No, I don't know the answer to that question. I'm sure you could start a new thread and find out the answer. I think there is definately a possibility, because circumstances change all the time. Good luck to you!!!

Can someone who got accepted into PHCC RN program, please tell me what their GPA is and whether they live in Pasco or Hernando county?
I may be applying next year but I live in another county and I would like to know if it even makes sense to apply? Also, did you just have only your pre-reqs completed or also the othr general ed subjects?
Thanks.

My GPA was a 3.7 and i got a 76 on the reading comp part of the NET test which is just as equally important. The dont care about combined score or your math score for the RN program. It was my third attempt. You know what they say "third times a charm!!"
Hey READYTOGONOW congrats to you!! Where do you live?? MAybe we canr work something out!!
Thanks for answering my question and good luck. Did you have all of your general ed pre-reqs done? By the time that I would apply, i will have the following classes by the end of spring 09 and hope to apply for Spring 2010
ap1 and lab
ap2 and lab
growth and nutrition
lifespan dev
sociology
psych
college algebra
engl 1
eng 2
I will have completed micro 1 and lab by summer along with Chem/ethics by Fall 09 but I don't live in PH counties. I will probably take the net next spring and see how it goes.
Any tips for those who live in Hillsborough county?Do they even consider us?

Hey! I completed the PN program at PHCC 5 years ago. can tell you that my start date was changed 3 times in about a month time. However 5 years ago my original start date was like 3 years later. There was huge waiting lists. Anyhow; I started in August and didn't have orientation until like July. They gave you no time to prepare for what was happening. When I asked they just told you to attend orientation. And I didn't really know my schedule until the first day of class; we all showed up and the teachers handed out the semester schedule. It was crazy but worth it. Good Luck.

Does anyone know someone who received a letter naming them as an alternate for the RN at PHCC? Has anyone been an alternate and got in? Were you given a number as to what alternate number you were? Thanks.:typing

PHCC has finally added the orientation date for both nursing programs to the event calendar. It looks like it will be on December 11th from 8:00 to 12:00 for the LPN program and 1:00 to 5:00 for the RN program.
Have any of you completed the cpr class yet?
Kay1982,
I was chosen as an alternate last semester and the only information that I was able to obtain from the school was that they choose 10 alternates. They were not able to tell me where I was on the list. Wish I could be more help.
