Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Hi Everyone...I took Nclex on Monday, did the trick when I got home, and got the good pop up. Today my name is on the Maryland Board of Nursing website as a registered nurse. So the trick does work. Just wondering though...my pearsonvue results are still not available to me. I should consider myself passed right if I'm on the boards website?
Yes if your results are on the BON website then it is final, pearsonvue results are just unofficial results
Congrats
Ok, Here is a recap. I took the NCLEX yesterday around noon. Got home feeling like crap because I was sure I failed. Had nausea, anxiety and saw on this website about the PVT. I did it and got the pop up, I felt a little less anxious but still was hesitant to believe it. I just went on the FLorida BON website and there it is in bold the word PASSED. I am so happy. I was a non believer in the PVT. I am now a BELIEVER. To those out there who tell you it doesn't work. THEY ARE LYING!!! Don't let them take away your good news. Congratulations to all who made it and to those who didn't keep on moving forward and never give up. God BLess. Now I am looking for work. :)
Hi everyone! I took the exam on Monday, 02/22/10 in the morning. I tried the PVT as soon as I got home. I got the so called "good pop up".. it didn't let me through the credit card page. I still haven't seen my name on the BON website. My exam state is Cali and I know that it may take a while for me to actually get my results. My computer shut down at 75.. and I don't feel too confident about how I did.. and I am still doubting this trick despite of all the positive feedbacks I've read on this thread.. I had many SATA's, prioritizations, some multiple choices, and one sequence. I don't know what I would do if I actually failed the exam. Some people say that the PVT don't always work.. what if I'm the exception?? This is prolonging my agony..

I was happy about the pop up until someone I know who "knows someone" who did the trick got the pop up and still ended up failing. This person who told me this is not a close friend. I was disappointed that she would take away my good news. I hope she is wrong.D
really?!!??! oh em gee! i hope shes wrong. Whoeved did it probably did it wrong. Maybe he/she got the pop up that said "your records are on hold" which means you cant check yet if u passed or fail cuz your test is not sent yet. He/she probably thought this was the pop up and thought he/she passed then ended up failing. Crosses Fingers

hisssweetcheeks..We are in the same boat. I tested on 2/23/10 and my test shut off at 75 also. I had about 10 SATA's, 4 meds, lots of infection control and prioritization. I tried the trick and got the "good" pop up. Although it did decrease some of my anxiety, I do not want to celebrate too early. I wish CA would participate in quick results like other states!!!
Good luck to everyone :)

Yeah, I gave up on them. When I figured out the state had my info, and just issued my license number today. Pearson still would have charged me $7.95 for "quick results".
That's a bit of a ripoff if you ask me, but congratulations. If your state is verifying it, then you're a nurse!!!
