Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Well I thought I would let all of you know that I took the exam this morning at 8 and sat through all 265 questions! In my small class only one other person got all of the questions but he passed. I was soooo devistated. I thought I was going to be the only one in my cohort of 18 that didn't pass! (last person takes theirs in the morning) Well I just did the trick and GOT THE GOOD POP UP :redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe:D The test was unreal! I got everything you could think of for ?'s. So I will report back tomorrow to update. In AZ the results show up QUICK thank goodness!
I took the NCLEX-RN yesterday (2/22/10). I kept waiting for the computer to shut off and it just kept going. I had all 265 questions and was devestated. My husband kept trying to cheer me up and telling me not to give up yet. I was just convinced that I failed. I had over 10 SATA, loads of prioritization, and many med questions. I found this thread, but it took me a couple hours to get up the courage to try it. I got the "good" pop up and became a little more hopeful. This morning my name was updated with a license number on the Indiana online licensing website! The "trick" worked for me. Keep hope alive if you have the max number of questions. At least three of my fellow classmates did and we have all passed. :)
Hi i just took the exam today and me too had all 265 Q's. tried the trick after an hour and a pop up came up, tried again another an hour still the pop up message came out, does it mean i passed? unfortunately im from cali and the result is not ready until two weeks or so....but im keeping my finger cross! and believing that the pop up message is a good sign.....
Well I'm by no means an expert. I promise you that. I also can say I had to look through here before my confidence rose on this trick, but I'd say this post is 736 pages long now, and I'd venture most of the people are agreeing this thing works. So maybe your friend did get the popup and then failed, I dunno, but 736 pages worth of "OMG it works!!!" Put it this way, sleep with a bit of confidence and camp out on your BON's website until you find out in the AM.
All the best to you and I'm sure you passed if this trick gave you the pop up box.
Take care
I have been reading this thread for the past two days for comfort and my sanity...I totally feel like I bombed the nclex, I should have my results by 5pm today on quick results. I did the pvt and I got the good pop up window that tells me to contact the board, but I'm still freaking out...cant wait until it's over:crying2::crying2:
Hi Everyone...I took Nclex on Monday, did the trick when I got home, and got the good pop up. Today my name is on the Maryland Board of Nursing website as a registered nurse. So the trick does work. Just wondering though...my pearsonvue results are still not available to me. I should consider myself passed right if I'm on the boards website?

I took the test today 2/23/2010 at noon, got home very depressed, and did the trick like 3 minutes ago. Its 4:05pm and I got the pop up. I am a little bit better now, anxiety is down a little, but won't really calm down until I see that license # posted on BON website.
