Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
It is probably in there somewhere, but since you took the test today and are probably not thinking straight right now...
1. Go to the Pearson Website
2. Log in
3. Look at the status of your test. If it says "Delivery Successful", you can play along at home. If it says "Ready for Delivery", log out and try again later.
4. Click "Register"
5. Pick whichever test (PN or RN) is applicable for you, and click "Next"
6. Answer the questions on the next screen(s) and click "Next"
If you get a pop-up saying you can't schedule right now (or whatever it says--point being a pop-up prevents you from going any further), you most likely passed. You can calm down somewhat, and call the BON for the official results the next day.
If you get no pop-up and can eventually get to a payment screen, you most likely failed. Start the grieving process, and call the BON for the official results the next day.
I say "most likely" because there's always a chance the trick doesn't work. Also, any interpretation from the trick is purely unofffical--only the BON can give you the definite Yay or Nay.
Hope this helps and good luck!
I am sorry IW918, but you have a great attitude about this. I was in church this weekend and I found that the priest said something so important. He said " We pray to GOD and ask us to help, we do everything in our power to do what is expected of us and then we feel like that GOD has not heard us." Then he said even more important words, he continued " But remember, it is not our will. So while we may have done everything that was asked of us, while we prayed our heart out to GOD to be rescued and heard in the end; It will be his will."
He then said something even more important, he stated " GOD may not jump right away when you ask for help, but He is always on time. " He said that when it is supposed to be your time then it will. You have done your best, it did not work out this time. You now know more and you know what to expect. Your anxiety might be a bit discreased next time since you at least have an idea what the Nclex looked like and I just know you will make a great nurse.
You should use positive visualization as well. It is proven to help alot if you prepare your mind for success. Like I am a runner and I invision myself while I am running to make through the finish line and I can see in my mind the seconds that I need to make it in and it works all the time
Before I asked if the trick works, I tried it myself. When I got the pop up, I became a believer. I waited it for 48 hours to confirmed what I already knew. I asked my 10 friends who took the exam around the time I did and a few days after. They all passed and the trick worked for them.
So many people have explained in the pearson vue trick original post, the reason you get the pop up. After you get deliver successfully, they system removes you from their database because they cannot charge you a second time for an exam you have already passed. If you failed, you know must pay $200 again to retest.
I know it can be difficult for anyone to get that credit card screen and not feel upset. I know you want to believe, maybe I am that one person who will pass even after I see the cc screen. But the reality is, it never happened from the 3000 plus people who tried the trick, including my friends and I. I fell bad for anyone who get to the credit card screen, because after so many years of nursing school, you want to not have to study anymore. You feel that you have disappointed yourself and others. The best thing to do, change your strategy, try an online course and regroup. Remember, you can do it. I know how I felt before I saw that pop up. My hands were shaking.
Good luck to all, I will keep you in prayers, so next time you too will get a pop up.
I am trying it and it says "Our records indicate that you already exist in our system" and then below that it it says "Please complete this process to reset your password." Then it asks for my user name, First, and last name. Does anyone get this message? I didn't try to reset my password.
Thanks
