Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

I am praying the trick really works. Took the NCLEX yesterday, had 76 questions, only about 5 SATA.....and I get the pop up!!!!!! Please tell me has anyone gotten the pop up and then still failed? Please tell me this trick works!!!!!

Holy Cow!!! Never knew how crazy 48hrs can be. I am new here and this is my first post ever on this site. I found so much relief from this thread that I felt I had to post my experience. I took my exam this past Sunday at 2pm in Texas. I got 75 questions and the darn thing stopped on me. I did not feel like I did well at all. That is totally not how I am...I excelled in nursing school. For the first time I was a total wreck and the anxiety of not knowing was driving me insane. I first search this site looking for How many ppl passing with 75 questions? You get all kind of responses from ppl passing or failing with that amount of questions. Other responses were it doesn't matter the number of questons you take...yada, yada, yada....that is True but not what I was looking for and I felt no relief. Then I stumble on somebody talking about the PV Trick on another thread...and thats how I ended up here. I probably would have slept only 6 hours in the last 48hrs if it weren't for this thread. I got onto here 15hrs after taking my exam and I read through all 1400+ post. Halfway thru reading this I tried the "Treat" and I got the most wonderful pop-up of all time in my life....you know the one that tells you, you can't register now contact your nursing board etc. After reading the rest of the entire thread I felt pretty good. The anxiety went from a 10 to about a 5. The mind plays tricks on you when you are sleep deprived. I was thinking what everyone else that is reading this is thinking..."What if this doesn't work for me?" I have been there too and I know how you are feeling right about now. I was suffering from: Post-nclex paranoia r/t waiting for test result AEB sleep deprivation and excessive ETOH consumption. I was checking Pearson and my BoN every chance I got. I wanted to make sure that the pop-up was not a glitch or something. Sound familiar? I probably did that about 50 times and all 50 times I got the same pop-up. When my 48hrs was up I check TX BoN and found my name listed and I can legally use the initials RN after my name. :beer::beer::beer: I was even so paranoid I paid Pearson the $8 dollar to see my early test result and sure enough it said PASSED!!!! Totally not necessary....but that is just me being very thorough. I even try to register now and I still get the same pop-up.

So here is what I learn from reading everyone's experience:

1) Do this "Treat" properly. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/nclex so there is no confusion and all of us on the same bandwagon. Click on My Account on the right hand side of the screen. Log-in with your userID and password that you used when you initially register for the test on-line. If you did it by phone or scantron....Im not really sure what to do. Sorry.

2) Most important thing when doing this "Treat" is that the status of your exam appointment must say "Delivered Successfully" Doesn't matter if its 1, 2 or 10 hrs after you took the test....it has to say delivered successfully. Otherwise this "Treat" won't work for you until it does. This is the most crucial step of all.

3) When it say delivered successfully, go to the upper left hand side and click on register. Choose either the RN or the PN test. Then hit Next. Select your country. Answer the 3 yes/no questions and it really doesn't matter what you put here...believe me I tried all different combo. Select which school you graduated from, Select the Graduation Date, and the state you are taking your boards for. Then the moment of truth....If you get a pop-up that says "another exam is schedule, you can't register, contact your board member".....breathe and relax...you Passed!!! Seriously....you Passed!!! Unless they changed their system....you Passed!!! Pop the bubbly.

4) If you get to a credit card payment screen....from what I have gathered.....that means you didn't pass....I am truly sorry....but don't give up. Look at it this way....you have a heads up to starting studying and preparing for next time. Don't loose faith....we need help out there in the workforce.

5) Theory behind this "treat" is simple....Pearson knows if you pass or failed as soon as you are done taking the exam....so once the results are delivered....their system knows if you can register again or not. If you pass, their system will block you from double booking them....but if you failed....they are more then happy to charge you again.

6) Please stop calling Pearson about this "Treat" and wondering if it works or not. IT REALLY DOES!!! Think about the theory in #5. We don't want them to change their system. Don't ruin it for future RN Grad....cuz it is the only anxiety relief future nurses will get about their test result. Just spread the word to your friends.

7) Doesn't matter how many question you took, what test you took, or what state you took it in, or even country...as long as its a pearson NCLEX....this "Treat" works!!!

8) I feel really bad for nurses in California....you guys have really long wait time for your results....hang in there and have some relief if you get the most wonderful pop-up to ever grace your computer screen!!!:nuke::nuke::nuke:

Well that is my experience. Kinda long I know....but its better than reading 1400+ responses. I know ppl out there will still be skeptical...and think what if it doesn't work for me, or what if I am the one who got the pop-up and failed....well....it hasn't so far. Unless Pearson changes their system....this is working!!! Just follow the steps correctly. A few ppl who are contradicting this "Treat" later on realize that they messed up the process.

So if this "Treat" works out in your favor....relax a little....and get some sleep. And believe me...after reading this you will still be checking...and wondering what if? I have been there and done that. If you must to keep your sanity then do it....but as for me I am going to bed now!

I posted just a few hours ago, I took my boards yesterday. I can confirm the "trick" worked like a charm, I just checked the BON and it says approved, and has my number! OMG what a relief! And I have to thank everyone who has posted on here, the Pearonvue trick really helped to relieve some of the anxiety I was experiencing, and gave me a ray of hope

I went to Alderson Broaddus College in Philipppi.....i checked around 1230 today...still nothing....temporary licenses were issued yesterday to a couple of my friends.....maybe they will process the permanent licenses soon....at first i was depressed about it...i have now progressed into the irate stage...lol.......and why the heck does the WV rn board not participate in the Quick Results ....but the WV LPN board does....makes no sense to me at all......i will keep everyone posted...

Yeah I'm feeling the same way. What makes it worse is that some of my friends took their nclex the day after me at 8am and found out that evening at 6.

Yes it does in fact work. It wouldnt even let me register for another test and I took 75 questions and thought I failed. I viewed my license on the BRN website 3 days later as well. I just wasn't sure that the trick really worked or if they don't let anyone re-register right away. Thanks:-) and congradulations!! Now the new trick is finding a job. At least it has been a challenge for me here in California.

Just like to tell everyone thank for their support (thanks MOOD STABILIZER TOO..HOPE YOU FOUND OUT ALREADY!).The trick worked and I found out today. I took almost 6 hours, and I took all the 265 questions. I cried after I finished and for sure thought I failed. I tried the trick as soon as I got home ( 8 hrs later) and it blocked me from re-registering for the test. I found out one working day later I had passed, and I'm now officially and RN. So don't lose hope! And, eventhough it's not official it does give you hope and allows you to sleep! Good luck to everyone!

i took my exam last may 20th.. and i tried the pearsonvue trick more than 40x and i get the pop up each time... it kept me sane until today june 30th i was at work and mom my called me that my result came in and i told her to open it.. i was certain i faile the exam and she suddenly screamed telling me i passed...

THE TRICK WORKED FOR ME!!!! I thought the trick wouldnt work for me since I applied for Saipan Bon....im so happy that i finally got my license number... awwwwwwwww

Hi, I took my exam at 11:00 this morning..I was so nervious and literally shaking..I started the exam and I felt my questions was not very hard..kaplan says if your questions are too easy they maybe lower level and your failing, so that just heightend my anxiety..I had around 10 sata, infection control, priority, dosage and one drag and drop. My computer shut off at 75 and my heart sank. My family just knows I did well but I just have this sinking feeling in my gut because I felt a lot of the questions was lower level type questions..so I came home and tried the Pearson Vue trick..and I got the pop up message to contact the state board of nursing..I'm really hoping this trick work..it has relieved some of my anxiety..I will keep you guys posted..good luck to all of you taking this exam.

I just know this "trick" today. Thank you guys for the positive feedback most of you shared.. Here's my journey...through the whole review process I prayed and asked GOd to give me knowledge and wisdom. :cheers: Before I left home I prayed and claimed His promises in Jeremiah 33:3, I prayed in the car and right before I took the exam:crying2:. At first It seems easy then it became harder, SATA's and prioritizations I started to get headaches:redlight:, some meds that I know and some I don't, then infection control, which the scenario keep coming back. I know I did'nt get it right, finally it stopped, more meds then delegations, prioritizations, more satas, delegations, prio and I remebered 2 drag and drop maybe more, I glanced at the number 73 give me more satas and 1 multiple choice then it went blank, I raised my hand:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeatwas not helped, then it came again.....:heartbeatsurvey! whew 75 questions?:crying2:

Here's what I did on "trick". I registered using credit card, then I was told I have already registered and should use my account. I then used it, went to register again, filled up all the infos next, next,then there was pop-up...you have to fill-in the program code which I already did. Thinking I got it wrong I searched for it, yet the pop-up keep coming:confused: I tried it a hundred time... I hugged my kids and cried, they're:confused: why am crying, I told them am happy, the more they got:confused::uhoh21::uhoh21:. Well thnak you guys for the encouraging experience. We all want to pass and some prayed hard, yet GOd look into our hearts. God bless us all and congratulations to those who passed and those who have'nt yet.
