Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Well I took my state boards yesterday. I am in Ohio, and was freaking out all day yesterday, last night I cam across this thread, and I tried the "trick" too....I got the message, "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." I was sure when I walked out of that test I had bombed it, but this thread does give me hope. My test consisted primarily of SATA, RN Priority (choose which patient to attend to first), and various Hepatitis related questions. I had no math, or place in the correct order style of questions, which really worries me, thought it would be a wider variety! Well I am praying the trick is true, cause I tried it again this morning and received the same message....crossing my fingers in Ohio...I'll let you know what happens!
I took the NCLEX-RN in California on Friday the 26th, but I didn't come across this board until Sunday morning. I had spent the last couple of days lying in bed, not wanting to eat or shower (yikes!), because I was soooo certain that I had failed. Like most of the people on this post, I had a TON of SATA, lots of medications, and one drag and drop. When the computer went blank at 75, I almost cried in front of the test moderator.
I did the "Pearson Vue Trick" like many of you suggested, and I thought I was going to have a heart attack until I saw that pop up screen that would not let me go on the the credit card screen. I know it's not "official" until you see your name on the BON, but at least it got me out of bed to eat, finally take a shower (yay!), go out for a massage, and to do things to distract myself from checking the computer screen every hour.
I actually just found out that I passed! Here's another person to put in your books that the "trick" actually works.
I want to thank everyone on this board for their input and sharing this "trick" with me. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Otherwise, I would probably still be a future nurse, lying in bed with the following nursing diagnoses: Imbalanced Nutrition: Less than body requirements, Disturbed sleep pattern, Activity Intolerance, etc. =) Haha
Good luck to everyone still waiting for their results!

How are some of you in Cali finding out so fast??? I took mine Wed and still nothing!
In California, you can search for your name on the Department of Consumer Affairs: Registered Nurses.

Good Luck!!!

Thanks, I just researched and found out my school just sent my transcripts on Friday. GRRR. BON says it can take 30 days to process. I am not pleased.
:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeatI did this trick yesterday and it worked (I got the popup)
I tested yesterday and found out this morning I passed!
I am in VA and called the automated hotline, put in my SS#, and it said my name and told me when my license expires!
The trick works!!! I took mine on on the 27th and found out today on CA BRN website. I honestly thought I failed. I did 265 questions and it took almost 6 hours and for sure thought i failed..I cried for 2 days! but the trick gave me some hope.I checked it in the evening and the block up kept coming up. So, grateful to God that my name was posted today..Good luck to everyone!
I took mine in Morgantown as well. Did you go to WVU? Plus I highly doubt we all failed. I think our BON just likes to make people sweat bullets.
I went to Alderson Broaddus College in Philipppi.....i checked around 1230 today...still nothing....temporary licenses were issued yesterday to a couple of my friends.....maybe they will process the permanent licenses soon....at first i was depressed about it...i have now progressed into the irate stage...lol.......and why the heck does the WV rn board not participate in the Quick Results ....but the WV LPN board does....makes no sense to me at all......i will keep everyone posted...
So, I took my boards yesterday and when I came home I found this thread. I tried the trick and the pop up came up....I still feel that I have failed. I had maybe 10 or so sata and a few math, but none of the click on the box or drag and drop questions. It stopped around 120-130, but I believe that I got the last few answers right. The waiting process is killing me and I am so thankful for this site...I just need some reassurance I think. But my anxiety has decreased from reading all your posts, I mean all 217 pages....I can't sleep, but I'm thinking of going for a run or something just to get away from my computer! I'm just hoping I'm not the fluke to this trick...:Crash::hdvwl::yldhdbng:

THE TRICK WORKED!!!! I checked the BRN website this morning and I'm an RN!!! The trick really helped me stay sane the past 5 days as I waited for my name to show up. To all of you still waiting, the trick worked for me as it has for so many before! Just have a little faith:)
