  19. Select your school.
  20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
  21. Select your board of nursing.
  22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

Does it work? Do you have to wait a ceratain amount of time before its accurate? Or is it never very accurate

I just took NCLEX-RN this morning at 8:30, 75 questions, ~1 hour.

Just got home and tried it and got the "good pop up"

Is that too soon and just getting "have a test schedualled" because of that or does that really likely mean I passed?

I really didn't think there was any chance I could fail if I shut off at 75, but it was hard, and a lot of SATA, so am still nervous.

hi took it in vermont and passed last month.. but when i got my mail it says it will expire on march 31,2013 what will i do?

What do you you mean by what will you do?

Specializes in NICU.

So, I took the NCLEX-RN today for the first day, today is a Sunday. I tried the trick 10 minutes later and I got the good pop-up and then again just now, about 8 hours after finishing. I am just wondering if anyone else tried it this soon. I am also wondering, is there anyone out there that got the "good" pop-up that says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time. "But then you don't pass. It's Sunday so I'm worried it's not going to work today. At the beginning though it does say that my results are not yet available and that my info was "successfully received" or something like that. So I'm hoping and praying..

I did the PVT right away when I got in the car after I took the test (5 minutes to walk out of the testing facility and to my car) and when I got home (a half hour after I took the test). Both times had a good pop-up for me.

If you got the good pop-up, you passed. :)

I took my exam on Monday the 19th.. came home and was pretty convinced I had failed...I tried the trick got the good pop and found out today that I passed..it worked for me and all my friends.

Hi guys i just want to clarify somthing because when i receive the result from vermont they ask me to register it in nursys.com and why does it expire on marchi 2013 that seem so soon?

So I took the NCLEX RN today 80 questions. I got a lot of nutrition, select all that apply, and triage. I got the pop up that says...

"Our records indicate you have recently registered this exam please contact..."

Is this still good? I've noticed people get a pop up that actually says they have passed! That's cool, but what about this one?

I am from PA. I took the NCLEX-RN exam on Monday, October 22 at 10am. I completed 75 questions at 12pm when the exam stopped. Technically, you can pass OR fail at 75 questions and I thought my questions weren't getting difficult as others who have passed attested to. So, I was very pessimistic walking out of that testing center. Got home at 1pm and did the Pearson Vue Trick - did not get the credit card page. Instead, got this message: Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time. So okay, this was a kinda good sign, right? Went into a deep sleep after an early dinner...

...Woke up at 4am and checked to see if my name was on PA RN License Verification website on Tuesday, October 23. Nothing yet. Then re-checked at 7am. Still no results. Re-checked at 9am and finally had an official nursing license (number)!

Thanks to the original writer of this blog and everyone else who shared their experiences :)

OK so I may have got the answer to my previous question.! Thanks for your post. I will post back to let everyone know if my pop up "our records indicate you have recently registered this exam please contact ...." worked!
