I wanted to share this information because just last night I was frantically searching for it myself and couldn't find anything current. The date today is 2/10/16. I took NCLEX yesterday and I know I passed because my name is listed as having an active license from the state. However, the Pearson Vue Trick did not work for me! Even right now, knowing that I passed, it is still letting me register for a new test!
So, if it lets you register please do not rely on this alone! You still may have passed!
I hope this is helpful to someone who is out there thinking they failed because the almighty Pearson Vue Trick didn't work for them!
Hi everyone,
I took the exam yesterday 05/03/2016, I told my self that I wouldn't do the trick but guess what I still did. I was so anxious that I tried the PVT 3hrs after my exam. I got the "good" pop-up, so I was like "Holly molly!" this cant be true. Let me back track a little bit. I took my first NCLEX exam 02/08/2016, tried PVT about 3-4 hrs after the exam and I got the "BAD" pop up. It basically took me all the way to the page where I have to put all of my credit card information and click next. I put the RIGHT card # and expiration date but wrong CC. The computer gave me a message saying that my credit card info is invalid.
Back to the GOOD pop-up! I tried the PVT midnight of the test, 0900 the following day and 26hrs after the exam. I'm still getting the good pop-up! I'm really hoping that it stays that way. Does anyone know anybody of getting a good pop-up the entire 24hr window and bad after?
Thank u! :)
ATTENTION!
This is for everyone who relies on the Pearson Vue trick.
It is NOT accurate. I did not get a good pop up but I passed the exam. I took it May 12, tried the trick with the first 24 hours, and after, and 48 hours after. I just got the quick results today.
Just don't rely on it, i felt miserable for almost 5 days thinking I failed.
I'm just sharing my case. God bless to everyone who took and will take the exam!
I just took my NCLEX-RN in California today on 5/18/2016. I had 75 questions. Lots of SATA and priority questions. I did the PearsonVue Trick back in 2010 for the NCLEX-LVN and it was pretty reliable for my classmates. So I did check a few hours after my exam today with the wrong expiration date, but did not wait the full 24 hours. Yes I read the threads and you must do it after 24 hours because there is a 2nd grading. I will try again tomorrow when it is the 24 hour mark. I got a bad pop up I suppose? because it said the "CVC" was incorrect, though I had put in the incorrect expiration date. On CA Breeze, it shows under applicant activities, it has the option 12-RN Exam Repeat/Reapply Examination. Is that what everyone gets after they finished taking their exam? I will not assume this is correct until I check again in 24 hours and get my official results.
My Breeze does say Pending on View Application Status. On the Applicant Activities though, it gives the option to repeat/reapply. Is that a way to also tell that you failed the exam?
mine also says that.. But I am a second time test taker and took mine on May 18th. Did you hear any results yet??
