Part 1 (the original thread)--

Pearsonvue "Trick". Is this TRUE? Does it Work Every Time?

Poll to take once you have received your response--

Pearson Vue Trick - Poll once you receive your results

Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

I tried the trick 30 minutes after I took the NCLEX PN a couple of years ago and got the good pop up. I have never heard of it being wrong. Got my Texas license three days later.

Not from FL, but I did the trick and it seems to be true. Also, a group of classmates (4), all took it the same day. They did the trick. 3 got the records response, and 1 asked for her credit card info to pay again. When they reviewed their results, the 3 passed and Ms. Credit Card, indeed failed.

If you passed they will not let you reregister. You failed they will take your money... I Just passed Pn nclex and worked for me. My lic. number was up less than 24 hours. Did not pay a thing.

Hello there, I just took the PN/Nclex on 03/24/2011. I had all 205 questions and totally think I screwed up and was wanting to know my results right away. I then found out about the PV trick and I got the pop up message saying that our records........ my question is how accurate is this trick ? Also several people in the State of Florida said I can see my License number as early as 24 hours after the exam. I took his exam yesterday at 2pm and I have probably been on the Florida DOH website more than twenty times today. I am really sick from this suspense. Does some body know another way to do this on the Florida DOH website. Maybe I am doing something wrong because my name is not coming up yet. Please help before I lose my mind.
