Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I took my exam on Sat. Aug 31st. I had to answer 224 questions before the test shut off. I was sure I failed. The test was super hard and super long. It took me about 4.5 hrs to complete. I came home and stressed over the exam so I decided to look online and read some forums about the Nclex-rn exam. I found this forum and I immediately tried it and I got the good message! I was sooo relieved. I knew that I couldn't rely on this alone, but I was so glad that I didn't get the CC screen. I checked on Monday at 4:30 pm (exactly 24 hrs after my test time) and it said I PASSED!!! I was ecstatic! I could not believe that I passed! So for me, the PVT trick did work! I promised myself that if this trick worked for me, I would make an acct just to let you all know that it worked for me.

The trick worked for me. Checked pearson vue quick results on aug 7 said i passed, took exam on the 5th. Im a registered nurse. Congrats to all it was a tough journey

I created an account just for the purpose of posting about the pearson vue trick. I took my NCLEX-RN exam on Aug. 4th. My computer shut off at 192 questions. I am not going to lie, I thought the test was tricky. I did ALL of the Kaplan prep questions and went into the test feeling 100% confident. After the test, I was CONVINCED that I failed. I tried the pearson vue trick when I got home, and I got the "good pop-up". Honestly, it did ease my mind. But I continued to check it every couple hours, worried it would eventually send me to the credit card page. The next morning I checked the PA state board website, and there was my license!! I PASSED!!:) The TRICK WORKS! It has worked for everyone in my class that has taken it so far (40+ people). Only one person failed, and it took him to the credit card page after his test. So the trick works on both ends! Now I check the state board website every so, because it doesn't feel real! So for everyone that is about to take the test, try the pearson vue trick, it will at least ease your mind! I am lucky, in PA we get our licenses issued in less than 24 hours. I got the good popup and got my Pearson quick results 2 days later and I have passed! I got really lucky and only 75 Qs. But I have no social life so all I did was study!lol.
I am not an American citizen but i took my NCLEX RN exam here in California last August 5th. The computer shut off at 75 questions and I guessed a lot of times. For foreign takers like me, is there any other way for us to get the results earlier? Waiting for that envelope to arrive takes about 3-4 weeks, it's killing me. I tried the PVT and it gave me the good pop up... I hope this works.. Is there anyone here who got the good pop up and failed? I'm a nervous wreck right now...
hi. im a foreign RN and took nclex-rn last august 5, 2010. i was trembling the whole time, my hands felt cold and numb and i actually had the dreading 265 questions. mostly i got prioritizations and delegations, 2 calculations, 4-5 satas and some meds which i think only the inventor knows. i got out the center teary-eyed while walking along the streets of makati. (im from the philippines). didnt know how to check pvt until my friend did it for me, just to know that my account goes directly to cc page. of course im so dumbstruck at first, cried the whole time. now, im just waiting for a thick envelope. i dont want to let my hopes up for nothing. poor me.
The peasonvue trick totally worked! I answered only 75 questions and I was 100% certain I failed...I felt like I guessed the whole time! Then my friend told me about the peasonvue trick to find out if I passed or not and I got that "good pop-up".
This morning I logged onto the BRN (California) and I found out I PASSED!

BTW I got 85 questions. Good Luck to all I know how important it is to fulfill your dream. I waited 16 years to follow mine. :)
