It is hard for some people to perform some honest introspection to determine why they may have not fit into a particular work environment that well.
Nonetheless, it is time to look forward and move on to another workplace, regardless of how much you loved your former job.
Good luck to you.

I'm sorry that you were fired. I'm sure that was difficult for you, and it sounds like you aren't clear on the reasons that you were let go.
Let me please guide you a key on your keyboard. On a traditional keyboard, it is located two keys from the left of the "Shift" button. On an iPhone, you can use it by pushing the space bar quickly twice. On an android phone, it is the second button from the right in the bottom row. It is the "." key. Please use it when you are typing. It will make your posts much easier to follow and you will be taken more seriously.
How long was your orientation period? In most hospitals, you can be let go for almost any reason within the orientation period. For whatever reason, you were not a good fit for the job/institution. There were complaints made about your performance or behavior that you have said you think were made up. That makes it sound like you may not have taken those complaints seriously or taken steps to change your work or attitude. The hospital just fired you, and they are not going to rehire you on another unit. Being eligible for rehire does not mean you will get an interview or another job. It means that the hospital did you a favor. When other potential employers call for a reference, they will be told that you left in good standing, which reflects much better upon you as an applicant. I hope you can reflect on why you were let go and learn from it. It's time to move on from this hospital and start looking for jobs in other facilities.

Valuable lesson - when your supervisor "kept telling" you about complaints, this means you need to take corrective actions or lose your job. If you do not understand what you're doing wrong, you REALLY need to ask for help. Find out exactly what you're doing wrong and fix that.
If you are listed as eligible for rehire, that's a blessing. Chances are, they are not going to rehire you, but when anyone who calls to check on your record, this information will give the impression that you left in good standing. Trust me, that's a gift. Take some time to reflect on what you can do differently in your next job. Start applying with at other places.

You should try to get some specifics from your former supervisor. Tell her it is unclear to you and you want to improve for the future. Hopefully she will take a little time for a down and dirty talk with you. It can't hurt anything but maybe your feelings.
When I said complaints I was with another young lady on the floor and she kind of was a bit rude to patients bc they didn't see her name on the board they seen mines and that's what I meant by complaints and orientation is 90 days that's why I said I'm eligible for rehire bc I didn't get to finish my 90 days I'm not a bad worker and I'm not rude I really love this job field and the hospital I work at I was never rude nor late and missed any days
As to fired me for not having spirit and value pls I need some understanding I see everyone comments and I'm responding I'm very thankful that you guys took the time or your day to respond
The only one who can give you understanding about this is your former supervisor.
Since she was telling you of "complaints", it probably was not something arbitrary, like the color of your eyes or hair. You were getting warnings all along but you did not take them seriously enough to get to the root of things.

Ok. This "rude young lady" who was training you, she still works there. While I'm sure there have been complaints about her too, there are also issues with your work. We do not know what they are. You will have to ask your former supervisor for some feedback. This will help you improve on your next job.
This place didn't work out, and that's okay. Move on gracefully.
Get your résumé and references together. Best of luck to you job hunting.
Also, a PP gave you advice on using punctuation. You didn't take it. Maybe that's what happened at this job too. When someone tries to help you by pointing out a flaw, please take that as constructive criticism and use it to better yourself :-)

Best bet is to try and find another position in a different hospital. As for eligible for rehire, most places won't look at people until it has been at least six months. I would lay off calling them as it could make them less likely to consider forwarding your resume to future job applications. You would also probably have to reapply to any openings that they have posted like a regular outside candidate.
I would also learn to word things differently. Try reading up on different blogs on how to sell yourself if you were let go from a job. If you say what you have written here to any nurse manager, they will probably stick you in the "do not consider" pile.

Are you sure it wasn't the 90 day evaluation period to see if you're a good fit, or if they want you to fit? I believe you were let go because they didn't consider you a good fit. That's why you are still eligible for rehire.
