Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

You got the scholarship? I was denied because my "GALLUP score did not fall within the minimum range established"

But apparently everyone who is denied gets the same BS response. How convenient for them that the GALLUP score isn't released to applicants.

I have not heard back yet. Just wondering if anyone had any feedback about there program. Not sure if I will passed the GALLUP as I felt it was a "strange" test.

that's the big secret! They don't tell you!

It's basically a personally test where they say "I am a perfectionist" and then you chose "not like me" "sorta like me" "very much like me"

It's a pain the ass.

And to PurpleVega; I think that's a bit strange you haven't heard yet. Did you activate the new email address? I would say email in and ask, but now I fee like that was why I was denied.

Hey guys,

When you applied did they post all of your points at once to the pantherweb system? I just checked and it's not showing points for my nursing course requirements. I called and left a message for them to let me know, but I'm kind of freaking out a little. They mean the difference between being a viable candidate or not.

Gah, I hate this part.

are your transcripts from different schools? that was my first thought. or are any of the classes from this spring? maybe those are going through the system slowly.

Actually it was apparently an oversight. I got in contact with them it is all fixed. Now the wait. :/

Read everything. Make flash cards with the prototypes and find a study buddy. Become one with the pharm book. Good luck.
