I have to relate the story as it was told to me by the patient's son. Now imagine that this is said in a broad Australian accent.
"Me Mum has got cancer - one of the agressive kinds and when she was in hospital getting chemo she was sharing a room with this shiela who just gave the nurses hell. Like, they got her a cup of tea and she complained because the tea was too hot, so she went for a walk and when she got back the tea was too cold so she was going to ring for the nurse and complain and me Mum got right up her eh! Tore into her and told her that the nurses have more to do than fetch her cups of tea!!!"
So, we do have our defenders and that lovely lady that stood up for us - the cancer is in remission.:kiss

:kiss to that lady. I love to hear roomates bicker over who gets to see the nurse first when I walk into their room:)
