I am posting this to let everybody who is sitting at home and sick to their stomach because their test did not shut off at 75 that you could still certainly pass. I took the test on Friday the 11th and just checked Pearson's 900# and got my unofficial results that I passed. I wanted to cry when it did not shut off at 75, then 100, then 125,etc all the way to 175. I got four new format check all that apply questions and a ton of priority questions( who would you see first), lots of disaster drill questions and quite a few pharm. To everybody who is still waiting try and relax. To those still to take it, good luck.
