passed nclex after seven attempts

I have finally passed the nclex after seven attempts. Yes you read it right it took seven no's before that yes came along. my strategy was simple. The only way I would fail was to give up and giving up was not an option. So for all of you who are going through this right now there is no failure unless you give up and if giving up is not an option then you will get that pass. RNendurence

First of all a huge congrats! I failed once and have pondered how long I would keep trying in the event I fail again.

I'm very curious as to how your strategy of study evolved after each failure. Was there any book, course or method of studying that finaly made it click or was it merely just taking it until you passed?

You are a hero to all who have to pick up themselves again and again.

How long did that take you? Don't you have to wait a year in between every 3 exams?

This thread is a couple of years old. It is up to each BON how they act, some require a refresher course after failing 3 and others don't
