passed health safety today with an A!

I passed health safety today with an A! This exam reminded me so much of boards because I had no idea whether I passed or failed when I completed it! I was shaking when I was done! What a relief! I used the recommended books as well as the practice exams to study.. Practice exams are great! I studied for 10 days for this exam.

Now to transitions... Any tips would be great... I would also like to know from those of you who have passed transitions, what did you score on your practice exams? and what materials worked best for you for studying? And about how many hours would you say you spent preparing for this exam? Thank you so much in advance! Good luck to you all!

Congrats!!! Transitions is super boring--very dry material. I forget what i used I think SG101 notes...just memorization of names etc. nursing law...I took that exam first and got a B. Good luck to you!!

This may be a silly question but I am a little confused... When you say "transition", is that the book that says "Transition to Registered Professional Nurse Role"? I have the College Network books and I am unsure of this one..Thx

Hi Stephanie,

Yes, I meant the Transition to Registered Professional Nurse Role... Same thing :)

I am about to start Excelsior I have all my credits for the non-nursing. I am trying to figure where the study guide for the 1st 2 exams Health & Safety and also the Transition to Registered Professional are located. Can anyone tell me where I need to go exactly to print them out? I have searched the website but have not had any luck. Thanks in advance!!
